 CANCELLATION POLICY:

You may cancel or reschedule your appointment at least 48 hours before your scheduled session. All appointments adjusted after the 48 hour window will be charged in full. All classes purchased are non-refundable.

By accessing the website at http://divinevoidsophia.com you are agreeing to be bound by these terms of service, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site. The materials contained in this website are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.

II. USE LICENSE
Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) on Divine Void Sophia website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

Services and classes provided by Divine Void Sophia are not recommended for persons diagnosed or under treatment for mental and emotional dissociative orders such as but not limited to, schizophrenia, borderline personality disorder, multiple personality disorders, and other diagnosis that may disrupt a person's sense of reality.  Services offered by Divine Void Sophia are not substitutes or recommended additions for mental, emotional and behavioral treatments. In engaging in altered states of consciousness, participating clients acknowledge they do so at their own risk. Divine Void Sophia is not responsible for any actions, reactions, or outcomes relating to purchased services.  By participation in services, you understand that all offerings are for entertainment purposes only and waive all liability.

Divine Void Sophia is not a trauma informed professional, a mental health professional, medical professional, or behavioral specialist, or member of the clergy. All services are entertainment and educational purposes only.

In no event shall Divine Void Sophia or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, business, health interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials and services listed on Divine Void Sophia's website, even if Divine Void Sophia or an authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.
